Dr. Pop focuses on addressing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other concerns through validated treatment methods. He provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults. Dr. Pop has additional experience in health psychology and extensive training in the delivery of CBT treatment.
I help adults and adolescents deal with depression, anxiety, life stressors, and chronic illness using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through my experience, I have gained an understanding that living with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and life stressors, impacts everything one does in daily life. With specialized training in health psychology, mood issues, and the treatment of overlapping medical and mental health concerns, I help clients identify their unique needs and establish achievable goals.
