I specialize in teaching adults how to have a more satisfying sense of control over their own lives, and a greater sense of connection to themselves and others through individualized, therapy sessions. Stress makes us anxious. When we are anxious, we become reactive and defensive. Each of us has a unique set of unconscious, habitual coping strategies that kicks-in automatically under stress. I use a combination of therapeutic tools to teach men and women how to respond rather than react to the big and the small and the positive and the negative stressors that life deals us.
