Retirees exploring life after a career, young adults trying to find their way, people struggling with feelings of depression and anxiety, and people searching for meaning: these are just some groups I enjoy working with. Nobody is immune to life's difficulties, and everybody faces trials such as stress and anxiety, among many others. Does seeking help make you "weak?" No! In fact, recognizing that you could use extra help and taking steps to get that support takes real courage! The fact that you're reading this means that you've already taken the first step to improving your life.
My basis of practice is person-centered therapy. In plain speak, I believe that you're the best expert on yourself, and my role is to help you use that knowledge to grow. I can also provide concrete techniques and exercises for you to apply outside of therapy.
